Warranty and exchange policy
FOR LEATHER PRODUCTS:
5-year warranty on leather (explosion, peeling) and problems with buttons, zippers, and stitches.
Free refresh, steam and dry cleaning for the first year, and in installments for the following years.
REGULATIONS ON CHANGE:
Change size/model within 3 days (or 5 days for remote customers).
Renew if there is a manufacturer’s fault.
Changed product requirements: Still have the invoice, warranty card, stamp, shirt condition is new (no or very little wrinkles; no tears, scratches; clean, no strange smell; unedited).
