Warranty and exchange policy

FOR LEATHER PRODUCTS:

• 5-year warranty on leather (explosion, peeling) and problems with buttons, zippers, and stitches.
• Free refresh, steam and dry cleaning for the first year, and in installments for the following years.

REGULATIONS ON CHANGE:

• Change size/model within 3 days (or 5 days for remote customers).
• Renew if there is a manufacturer’s fault.
• Changed product requirements: Still have the invoice, warranty card, stamp, shirt condition is new (no or very little wrinkles; no tears, scratches; clean, no strange smell; unedited).
